Slow and steady
Sustainable good health does not happen quickly. For exercise to become a steady part of your life it has to be done right and and it has to be done regularly. We are not in a hurry. You have the rest of your life to get healthy. It is a continuous process of improvement.
train like a champ
Boxing is one of the most effective and enjoyable workouts there is. We use boxing drills and workouts to make fitness fun and you will feel the difference. All of our boxing is non-contact (you won’t get punched).
maintain the gain
It is easier to stay healthy than get healthy but it is also easy to fall off of the fitness wagon. At BDF you have a whole gym of friends and coaches who want you to stay the course, stay healthy and stay happy.
fight back against parkinson’s
Research has shown over and over again that exercise is the only thing that treats the disease – everything else (drugs, surgery, shots, supplements) only mask the symptoms. Regular exercise can slow, stop, or even reverse the progression Parkinson’s disease.
